Client Policies

2025-26

If you are working with Sara Cronan or Heart Song Healing Music Studio you agree to adhere to the following guidelines and policies.

I do my best to be respectful of your time and I appreciate the same in return. However, I also understand life happens, so the below policies strive to be fair to both of us.

1. Payments

Payment is expected the day of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, venmo, zelle and cashapp.

Consistently delayed payments will result in the requirement of being paid at the time of service.

2. Parking

Please park on the B side driveway, and take the stairs to your immediate right. There is a wooden heart-shaped sign on the door. Please ring the doorbell, and if unlocked, feel free to enter and make yourself comfortable.

If it is before your appointment time and I am not in the room, please make yourself comfortable and I will join you shortly.

3. Appointment times

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before or 5 min after your scheduled appointment time.

Please note: If you arrive early, I am under no obligation to begin before your scheduled time.

If you arrive late, I am under no obligation to end later than scheduled.

4. Books and Other Materials

Any necessary learning materials are not included in the fee and are the responsibility of the client. I will either send a link for you to purchase materials or buy it for you and you will reimburse me for it.

5. 48 hours notification for non-emergency cancellations.

If you fail to alert me prior to the 48-hour window you will be charged the full price of your lesson.

I will do my best to find a makeup time, but due to my full schedule this cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for the cancellation fee regardless of if a makeup is possible.

6. Emergency cancellations

If it is necessary to cancel last minute for reasons such as sickness, car  trouble, weather, death of loved one, etc., you are excluded from the above fee. Makeups will be scheduled if possible.

If an emergency arises which results in cancellation, please contact me as soon as you are able. If excessive last-minute cancellations occur, we will revisit whether services should continue.

7. Holidays

I do not expressly follow the Horry County school holiday schedule, nor do I celebrate the traditional religious holidays.  Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be cancelling and I will do the same.

Failure to let me know you aren’t coming will be considered a non-emergency cancellation and result in a fee.

8. Performances and Recitals

I strongly encourage getting in front of others and sharing your gifts. As I continue to settle into my studio and the Myrtle Beach area, I will be building up more  performance opportunities for my students.

Currently I offer the following:

For Singers (all ages)  they are welcome at the below events.  I will also make an effort to find local theatre auditions for those that are interested.

For Kids:

Winter Recital in December through the Long Bay Music Teachers Association at CCU.

Spring Recital either at my studio or a local community space.

For Adults:

Adult Musical Afternoon one or two times a year at my studio.
